Pamphlets, teaching materials, newsletters, and other publications of the Bureau of Home Economics Education, mainly for home economics teachers. Includes several issues of the Homemaking Education Newsletter and the Home Economics Education Bulletin, as well as a Monograph for Homemaking and Home Economics Education prepared by teachers of home economics in cooperation with the Bureau of Home Economics Education in 1945.

Biographical / Historical
The Bureau of Home Economics Education was part of the Division of General Occupational Education in the State Education Department of the University of the State of New York. In February 1981, the Bureau of Home Economics Education and the Bureau of Industrial Arts Education merged to form the Bureau of Home Economics and Industrial Arts Education.
