Typescript copies of correspondence (1865-1907) of the Pearsall, Marshall, and related families, mainly of Dutchess County, concerning housekeeping, social gatherings, and news of friends and relatives, as well as one page of biographical data regarding Dr. Gilbert T. Pearsall.
Microfilmed copies of notes (1839-1840) taken by Gilbert Titus Pearsall (1814-1891), a physician and storekeeper in Salt Point, Dutchess County, N.Y., from medical lectures at the Berkshire Medical Institute, Pittsfield, Mass., on physiology and the symptoms and treatment of various medical disorders, some of which may have been delivered by Dr. Elisha Bartlett; also ingredients for various remedies and related comments.
