Included are minutes of meetings of the trustees of Fulton Hotel Company (1853-1855), financial accounts of the company (1855-1856), deeds conveying land from Daniel D. Colby to Isaac Washburn (1837) and from Benjamin Stocks to John Gould (1857), receipts for payments to Oswego River Bank (1860-1861), a certificate of membership in the Independent Order of Odd Fellows for Hiram Borman (1860), a real estate contract conveying land in Granby from Albert and Hiram Perry to Absalom Miller and his wife Dorcas (1861), an indenture allowing Charles Jenkins to lease farmland in Volney from Volkert Van Buren (1862), two commissions appointing notaries public (1862), documents concerning the estate of Laura L. Neele of Canandaigua (1861) and Richard Smith of the town of Mexico (1863), additional receipts (1859-1869), two documents concerning a petition of the Oswego Midland Railroad Company for land in Fulton and Volney (1869), and a document conveying the firm of Dewey and Bushnell to C.B. Bushnell and Jefferson Bailey (1873).
