Chi Epsilon is the national honor society in civil engineering. It fosters the development of technical ability and character among civil engineers. The chapter also seeks to promote and recognize excellence in teaching among the civil engineering faculty by conducting an annual CEE Instructor of the Year award. A biennial national conference offers members the opportunity to meet students from other schools and exchange ideas.
