Biographical / Historical
Rosalind (Roz) Kenworthy served as liaison from the Cornell Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs to Planned Parenthood of Tompkins County, 1970-1971. In 1971 she began serving as sex counselor for Cornell Health Services, and until 1980 was the liaison from Heath Services to Planned Parenthood of Tompkins County. While other campuses provided counseling on sexual issues from a variety of professionals, Cornell University may have been the first to designate someone with the job title Sex Counselor. Dr. Ley made that decision. Roz Kenworthy retired in the summer of 2000.
