Lists of members and various reports of the Rubber Survey Committee, together with pamphlets and reports having to do with the history of rubber. Pamphlets include the printed Report of the Rubber Survey Committee, Sept. 10, 1942; The rubber situation, a printed message from President Roosevelt; Rubber industry of the United States, 1839-1939, published by the Dept. of Commerce, Bureau of Foreign and Domestic Commerce; Rubber: history, production, and manufacture, by the same Bureau; and We had to have rubber, by the Rubber Manufacturers Association, explaining the importance of rubber to the U.S. war effort in World War II.
