Born in 1948 Ezra Cornell was the eldest lineal descendent of Ezra Cornell the founder of Cornell University. Eldest lineal desendents of the founder, including this Ezra Cornell, serve as a life trustee of Cornell University. Ezra Cornell is a member of the Cornell Class of 1970, BS 1971 .
