Ithaca resident Jill Ferguson is a volunteer with the Ithaca Chapterof the American Red Cross. Her experiences include disaster recovery and relief, mass care, family service, and mental health service. Mass care - taking care of the immediate needs of disaster victims - is her preferred activity.
