Scope and content

Edwin K. Coughran attended Cornell University at various times from 1906-1916 (when he graduated) and again from 1930-1933. HIs diaries pertain to his student life at Cornell and career. The collection also includes personal and family correspondence, scrapbooks, photograph albums, and notes on the Butler family genealogy. Additional materials consist of letters and Christmas cards between Edwin Coughran and Albert Hallock, 1934-1954, these letters concern personal matters, reminiscancesm and comments on college friends.
