Biographical / Historical

New York in '94 Inc. is the organizing committee for Gay Games IV. Jason Heffner was in charge of the Cultural Festival for the Gay Games, a series of events coinciding with the Games, June 16-25, 1994, with receptions and other events preceding the Games. Includes a videocassette of the festivities.
