Mainly collected by Dr. Johanna T. Zelwis Baltrusaitis (Class of 1896) for use in an article in the MEDICAL WOMAN'S JOURNAL, this collection includes brief notes directed to her when she was Miss Zelwis concerning obstetrical cases (1895-96); manuscript and printed examinations in obstetrics, physiology, anatomy, medical jurisprudence, and other subjects (1895-96); incomplete runs of the College announcement and catalogue (1892-1909) and the bulletin (1895-97) of the Medical Society of the College; a 1907 Commencement Program; Dr. W. Milton Lewis's pamphlet concerning the graduates of the College (ca. 1908); a letter (1912) from Dr. Henrietta M. Thomas ('04) giving notice of the annual alumnae meeting; photographs, chiefly of alumnae and of autopsy procedures; various printed items; and three letters from Dr. Baltrusaitis (1942) concerning the transfer of this material to Bessie Grigg of the MEDICAL WOMAN'S JOURNAL. Also, a typescript history of the College by Dr. Katharene Wave Allee Flanagan (ca. 1944) and a biographical data form on her (1944).
