Beil, 1982; limited ed. New York: Grolier Club [printed by Stinehour Press, Lunenberg, Vt.], 1982), with holograph corrections by Blumenthal. Also included is correspondence between Blumenthal and Donald D. Eddy relating to the book, including a letter from Blumenthal dated November 12, 1982, describing other parts of the process by which the book was written and published. Other items include publicity from the Grolier Club for its limited edition of the book, and an invitation to a 1986 reception for Blumenthal at the State University of New York at Purchase, sponsored by its Center for Editions.
