Biographical / Historical

City planner. Morris Hill entered the graduate program in City and Regional Planning at Cornell about 1959. After a year at Cornell, he transferred to Regional Science at the University of Pennsylvania and took his Ph.D. there. After teaching in the United States for several years, he went to Israel where he became a prominent planner, regional scientist, consultant, and academician. He died in 1987.
