Files relating mainly to the administration of state orders (1933-36) and to New York State Order No. 126 and Federal Order No. 2; the bulk consists of hearings on proposed changes in the milk order and include briefs, petitions, typewritten transcripts, and related documents; also, court cases involving milk regulation decisions; copies of changes in the order (1938-61); notices of hearings and official orders for the Milk Control Board (1933-36); proposed amendments regarding pricing, licensing of dealers, and related aspects of the milk industry; lists of suppliers and dealers engaged in the production and marketing of milk; suppliers' voting records regarding the above milk orders; suppliers' referenda on changes in milk regulation; reports from the Milk Control Commission of Pennsylvania; and statements, clippings, and reports of the industry.
