Biographical / Historical

Attorney, professor of law. Harrop Freeman graduated from Cornell University in 1929, received his LL.B. in 1930, and J.S.D. in 1945, and later taught at Cornell. In 1962 he ran for Congress from the 33rd District of New York, in which he was backed by the Liberal Party and Voters for Peaceful Alternatives.
