Biographical / Historical

Joseph B. Parker (1893-1978) graduated from the University of Maine in 1915, served in the Navy during World War I, and worked in the U.S. Department of Agriculture until 1960. He was an authority on dairy cattle breeding. Eva Mae Parker (1890-1975) was a bookkeeper until her marriage in 1918 and a housewife thereafter.
