Scope and content

Collection includes letters (ca. 1840-ca. 1890) of the related Todd, McLouth, and Woodbridge families of Pultneyville and Walworth, New York. Also, miscellaneous papers concerning the Todd family's participation in the Masonic Order, and Fairfield Seminary where Ellen Todd was a student (1887-90). Sarah Todd's manuscript poetry; family photographs; and printed and typewritten items pertaining to the history and work of the Todd Company of Rochester, manufacturers of business forms and machines. In addition, a handwritten copy of the 1758 will of Sarah Edwards of Stockbridge, Massachusetts Bay Province. Also includes copy of booklet, "Recollections of an Early Mill Town Toddsville," (1974).
