Guterman, alumnus advisor, and Emerson Hinchliff, assistant alumnus secretary, relating to membership, scholastic standards, scholarship and endowment funds, house conditions, a preceptor plan, and the Cornell Interfraternity Council; financial, scholastic, advisor's, and annual reports; rules and regulations; minutes of meetings; "A History of Kappa Sigma at Cornell"; a roster (20 pp. mimeograph) of chapter alumni from the Classes of 1891-1948; copies of the local publication, THE CHAIN, and the national publication, KAPPA SIGMA ON PARADE; photographs of the exterior and interior of the fraternity house; and five drawings (1949) of a proposed fraternity building by Tallman & Tallman, Ithaca, New York architects.
