Files of this firm and its predecessors consist largely of correspondence, wills, deeds, indentures, petitions, affidavits, citations, depositions, memoranda, tax records, bills, and receipts pertaining to settlement of the estates of Austin B. Cook, Randolph Horton, Daniel E. Marsh, Ella Minturn, Jonathan Underdown, and Harry J. Van Valkenburg. The Horton estate papers also include correspondence concerning family investments in Canadian timber lands, 1913-28, and in Oklahoma and Texas farm mortgages, 1928-34. Also, title searches for the Ithaca Gun Company, 1904; McGraw-Fiske Grounds, 1908; and Remington Salt Company, 1913, all of Ithaca, New York.
