Biographical / Historical
The Temporary Committee on Organization and Procedures of the University Faculty, chaired by Robert S. Pasley, was formed to reorganize the Cornell faculty meetings. The committee proposed replacing the general faculty meetings with an elected Council of Representatives, which was approved by the faculty in 1971. Committee members included Cyril L. Comar, Joan R. Egner, David P. Mozingo, and John W. Reps.
