Biographical / Historical

Bessie Stern (Cornell University Class of 1909) and Jeanette Stern (Cornell University Class of 1910) were students at Cornell when they met Dr. and Mrs. Lewis Forman, with whom they began a lifelong correspondence. Dr. Forman taught Latin and Greek at Cornell.
