Also correspondence of the council's War Memorial Committee, which consists of letters to Robert E. Treman from Ferdinand Foch (in French), Charles E. Hughes, John J. Pershing, Alfred E. Smith, and a typescript radio address by Herbert Hoover concerning the dedication of the War Memorial at Cornell University, May 23, l931.
