Biographical / Historical

William Cook Andrae taught mechanical engineering at Cornell University and co-authored EXPERIMENTAL MECHANICAL ENGINEERING with Herman Diedrichs. He was a member of the American Society for the Advancement of Science and chaired a subcommittee of the American Society of Engineers Test Code Committee. Cornell University M.E. 1915, M.M.E. 1924.
