Biographical / Historical
Anthony Oswald Shallna (Cornell University Class of 1916) was an attorney. He studied Lithuania, and published articles and spoke before various organizations about it, sometimes in English and often in Lithuanian. He was appointed Honorary Consul of Lithuania during Lithuania's independence.
