Correspondence, clippings and photographs concerning: Dr. Hu Shih, Chinese ambassador to the U.S.; and Jacobus Christian Faure, Cornell University M.S. 1913, an entomologist and one of the first two South Africans to be sent by the government of the Republic of South Africa to study abroad. Elizabeth Faith Genung was Professor of Bacteriology, Smith College. She was active in public health issues, and a member of the American Public Health Association. Cornell University Class of 1911, M.S. 1914.
