Scope and content

Watercolors by Talitha Botsford, primarily of local subjects; pen and ink sketches used in the publication "GRIT"; music composed and illustrated by Botsford; watercolors of furniture made by Botsford's father, William Brockway Botsford, at Millport, New York in the late 1880's; pamphlet "Short Stems" containing Botsford's short verse, illustrated; inventory forms prepared for the Division for Historic Preservation, New York State Parks and Recreation, Albany, 1978. Also, original typescript, pen and ink illustrations, illustrated journals, and published copy of IN OTHER WORDS, by Botsford; and a scrapbook containing correspondence, programs, invitations, clippings, and memorabilia concerning Botsford's career.

Scope and content

Also includes "Veteran-Millport Anniversaries: 150 Years-50 Years, 1823-1923-1973," pamphlet with some illustrations by Botsford; and "Life in Morris Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, 1800-1976," by Gale Largey and Rhoda E. Ladd, with an illustration by Botsford.
