Biographical / Historical
Lindley C. Kent, Sr. served two years on the Board of Education, Wilmington, Delaware, and was also on the governing committee of the Friends School in Wilmington. He was a Civil War veteran, eventually serving as major of the 109th Regiment, U.S. Colored Infantry.
