Photocopies of seven volumes and six unbound items including covenant meetings and regular and special church meetings; lists of baptisms, admissions, financial assessments and subscriptions; tabulations of votes cast in the election of church elders and pastors; and records of the appointment of special committees. Each volume also contains the church covenant, the articles of faith and practice as last revised, and a current membership list with details of the nature of each member's admission to the church and any change in status. Also, correspondence, photographs, obituaries, programs and annual reports to the Seneca Baptist Association (1832-1938). Unbound items include the constitution and subscription list of the Trumansburg Baptist Missionary Society (1832), an account of the congregation's donation to pastor William E. Locke (December 24, 1839) and plans for the renovation and expansion of the church building in 1844.
