Newsletters, news releases, pamphlets, reports of the committee and other groups, hearings, slides and text of slide lecture, correspondence, reprints, articles and clippings documenting the group's successful effort to halt the construction of a nuclear power plant on Cayuga Lake by the New York State Electric and Gas Corporation (NYSEG). Material largely deals with the environmental impact of nuclear power, especially thermal pollution.
