Scrapbook is a Beverly “Spiral” Series Sketch Book. Written on the cover are the names “Prof. F. H. T. Rhodes and Dr. Koucky,” the latter referring to Frank L. Koucky, Jr., professor of geology at the University of Cincinnati. Materials present include publications on fossils and geology; black-and-white and color photographs of landscapes, rocks, and fossils; maps; diagrams of geologic layers; and research notes. Photographs are accompanied by handwritten notes in pencil.
