4 items including abstracts of title and deeds concerning the sale of land in Cayuga Heights to the Lake View Cemetery Company for what was to become Lake View Cemetery, and to Cayuga Heights Park Association for what was to become Sunset Park. The private owners selling the land included Jared T. and Jane E.W. Newman, Charles H. and Louise M. Blood, Herman and Adeline T. Bergholtz, Horace E. and Mary Mulford Hand, and Alfred and Helen E. Hand.
